INTEGRATED PRODUCTION PROCESS

1.- ENGINEERING & DESIGN
Each project begins with advanced CAD/CAM engineering and casting simulations, allowing us to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure the most efficient production strategy before fabrication begins.
2.- PATTERN MAKING
Based on the engineering data, the appropriate materials are selected and precision CNC technology is used to manufacture full-scale patterns ready for mold production.
3.- MOLD PREPARATION
The pattern is transferred to the foundry, where high-quality molds are produced to ensure dimensional accuracy and repeatable casting performance.
4.- CNC MACHINING
After casting, components undergo precision CNC machining to achieve the required tolerances, surface finishes and final specifications.
5.- QUALITY CONTROL
Each component is inspected and prepared for delivery, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality, performance and customer requirements.
